CHATZIKONSTANTINOU KONSTANTINOS company, PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT, mechanical engineers - business and organization consultants, in order to respond to the challenges of the business environment, improved the internal organization and service provision processes, aiming to satisfy customer requirements and the applicable regulatory framework, designed and installed a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015. The quality policy prescribes the framework of the company's response to the demands of its customers and is applied to all its activities.

• Working closely with suppliers to ensure that the quality objectives and specifications of each project are fully met. In order to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system, the management of CHATZIKONSTANTINOS KONSTANTINOS company, PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT undertakes:
• To provide all necessary resources in terms of facilities and staff to implement the Quality Policy and achieve the quality objectives
• To ensure for the effective and usefull tools offered by the Quality Management System to ensure its continuous suitability, effectiveness and improvement.
These tools are: The establishment of a controlled service delivery framework, the establishment, monitoring and review of quality objectives, Internal Audits, Corrective and Preventive Measures and Management Review.
